Nevada Drug Testing Law
Workers' Compensation State law
provides that workers' compensation
benefits may not be awarded when an
injury is proximately caused by the
employee's intoxication, whether by
alcohol or a controlled substance.
If the employee was intoxicated at
the time of his injury, it is
presumed that intoxication was the
proximate cause unless rebutted by
evidence to the contrary.
